1. (SALES) Sales Admin:



- Attend và record minutes for weekly/monthly sales meetings

- Assist in the flow of processing all contracts (contracts with hospitals/pharmacies, annex contracts và other kinds of contract); save scanned contracts on shared drive, tệp tin hard copies of contracts.

- Register Promotion scheme with Industry & Trade Department.

3. (FINANCE) Finance Business Partner Assistant Manager:



Budget controlling:

- Manage và analyze budget including Sales, MKT và Sales force cost in line with ABP or target commitment during the year

- University degree. MBA or Master degree is preferred

- English fluency

- At least 3 years Working experiences in Management Accounting/Customer Sales Development Finance (in FMCG is preferred)

- Experience and knowledge in personal và skincare would be an advantage

- SAP knowledge would be a plus
