ROLES và RESPONSIBILITIES: |
| To monitor performance on Wide Area Network (WAN) và Core Network To perform health checks on Wide Area Network (WAN) & Core Network Carry out system backups, recovery plans và disaster recovery Vendor-liaison on hardware/services according khổng lồ SLAVendor coordination for replacement of faulty hardware Provide coordination & escalation on service outages with service provider/network vendors Raising, Handling và Resolving Incidents and support sales Outlets (POS)Perform and monitor computer operations at the data centre & to maintain, install & serve data network communication equipment.
