1. Position:- Organizational Unit: Country- Division: Commercial- Department: Sales- Job Grade: P2- Location: Country2. Working Relationship:- Solid reporting line:Senior Manager, Key Accounts- Key interfaces (internal):+ Area: Go-to-Market Team, Finance và Operations, Trade Marketing, Marketing+ Local: Customer Service, Business Development- Key interfaces (external):Key Accounts3. Responsibilities:Budget responsibility:- Budget sales và standard margin for Key Accounts- Cost center budget- Sales working budget of assigned accounts- DSO4. Purpose/ Mission:To achieve profitable và sustainable market growth within assigned key account(s), while aligning with adidas (target) brand image & strategy. Ensure key tài khoản target achievement.5. Accountabilities: Functional:- Negotiate & reinforce adidas trade terms- Monthly sales target achievement- Actively influence the indent orders of KAs during pre sell-in and sell-in- Ensure proper execution of all in-store promotions, campaign activation and brand presentation- Assist implement the Key tài khoản Plans và ensure quarterly review are properly set- Represent the Key account team internally as an “ambassador” towards all functions and manage all interfaces- Frequently address Key trương mục requirements across functions- Proactively coordinate/ facilitate meetings with other functions and accounts- Assist in the development of account strategies, formalization by account plans & get sign-off by relevant director.- Sell-in and agree on sell-through support.
