- Greet, assist visitors courteously;-Answer all incoming calls và handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible;- Pick up and deliver the mail;- Make all ready preparations for meeting room;- Maintain an adequate inventory of stationary và office stuff;- Perform other tasks assigned by the Admin và HR Manager.
- Assist in the E-Commerce Project: Sales data report, Stock control, update information of product- Assist in the promotion plan,- Assist in the TVS Project: Sales data report, Stock control, Shooting- Prepare the report- Customer service online & analysis
- Phụ trách đi thị phần lấy đơn đặt hàng tại các shop bán lẻ, quầy mỹ phẩm trong các chợ cùng các siêu thị tạp hóa tại địa bàn quận phụ trách trong khoanh vùng TP. HCM, mỗi nhân viên cấp dưới sẽ phụ trách 1 quận.-Phụ trách công việc bán sản phẩm của công ty Rohto-Phụ trách các bước trưng bày sản phẩm của chúng ta Rohto-Phụ trách giới thiệu chương trình khuyến mãi, thành phầm mới của khách hàng Rohto
