•Prepare P&L report for individual project.•Monthly prepare summary project report, backlog report & analysis Sales report.•Analyze the cost variance between job cost budget và actual cost khổng lồ provide explanation to BOD.•Prepare monthly Operating expenses report, phản hồi to HOD.•Backup cost accountant to calculate Price Matrix for Sales Department.•Budgeting annually for operating expenses•Prepare ad-hoc reports as BODs requirement. •Work directly with external auditor about COGs and Turnover.•Prepare general ledger reconciliations with COGs & Turnover.
•Làm bạn dạng vẽ trình chăm nom (Approval Drawings) từ bản vẽ phác thảo và số liệu giám sát và đo lường của nhân viên thiết kế.•Điều chỉnh sai sót (nếu có) trên bạn dạng vẽ trình duyệt sau thời điểm được đánh giá bởi Drafting Checker.•Điều chỉnh những biến hóa trên phiên bản vẽ theo đúng bạn dạng vẽ trình duyệt trả lại (Returned Approval Drawings) ví như có.•Kết hợp bạn dạng vẽ trình để mắt với thương hiệu cấu kiện làm bản vẽ đính thêm dựng (Erection Drawings).•Làm bản vẽ sản xuất (Shop Drawings) từ phiên bản vẽ trình ưng chuẩn và số liệu thi công theo đúng trong PIF (Project Information Form).•Làm BOM (Bill of Material) cho dự án công trình phụ trách sau thời điểm có bạn dạng vẽ cụ thể và xuất ra bạn dạng vẽ sản xuất cho xí nghiệp sản xuất.•Hỗ trợ tùy chỉnh cấu hình tiêu chuẩn chỉnh kếu cấu cụ thể dựa trên tổng quát của Checkers.•Lưu trữ hồ sơ công trình xây dựng phụ trách theo chuẩn chỉnh ISO.
