Duties và Responsibilities:
Sending documents: invoices, quotations, contracts, other documents as assigned.
Payment collection support: OG, OM và T – Gather payment documents (Invoice/Debit note/FHR/Handover minutes/etc.) from relevant functions & send to Customer for collection.
Internal document/files: filing documents, maintaining, và updating records, transferring original documents lớn FIN, using Work Order and sending scan tệp tin to FOD. Collects all documents & files them systematically so that all the files can be utilized efficiently and timely.

Data consolidation: filtering, extraction based on available data such as Sales pipelines, customer portfolio, CB, project history, etc.
Arranges meeting schedules for sales department and/or customers if required to lớn achieve its time efficiency
Organizing and preserving important company documents.
Report: make daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly (if any) & under line manager request.
Making quotation, contract in urgent case.
Make sales collaterals as instructed by Manager.
